Three black horses walk on the snow in the morning of this cold day. The three samurai, followed by a servant on foot, make their way to the center of the courtyard and await for the servants to take care of their mounts.

Once the guards come closer, the Scorpion samurai present their papers with but a small smile. Frowning, the guards nod and go away, promising to send servants as soon as they can.

Kazu bows as he approaches the Scorpion.

He then bowed deeper to Kosaku "We are proud to have you hear Bayushi Kosaku sama"

Slowly, lips part in a pleasant smile. The man at the lead of the grou of Scorpion samurai bows politely to the Soshi, dismounting first. The other men mirrored his actions, although their bows were much more pronounced.

"Good morning, Soshi-san. The trip was as uneventful as the Fortunes pleased it to be. Me and my men hope you forgive us for the delay, but we had to stop at the shrines to remember the fallen heroes of the Empire."

Finally, the two servants who came with the Scorpion brought various of those of the onsen, taking care of their horses and luggage.

"I hope in the timebeing nothing drastic has occured?"

"I have been informed that multiple incidents had made the work of the local magistrate overwhelming, Soshi-san." The man's eyes take a look at the main building, carefully gliding over it's surface. "Has the situation improved, or has it turned worse?"

"That is most... unfortunate." Kozaku smirks, his facial features taking the appearance of a hawk. "Such things are not permissable on our lands, Soshi-san. We shall look into them directly, as soon as possible."

"Now, I have heard that Toturi Etsuya has left for Ryoko Owari a little while ago, so I suppose we could leave the formal presentations for later. I would, regardless, like to meet both the head of your embassy and the magistrate in charge," he gives one last glance at the building before setting his eyes on Kazu. "If such thing is possible."

"It is about Seigi, I feel that he is not competent enough to handle the responsibilities given to him. He fumbles through court, endangering any work myself or Lady Anzu have been doing. He has displayed a disregard for the process in which Anzu dono works and he is incapable of keeping either of us informed enough to properly perform our own duties in court."

"Evidently, that was the reason I was sent here," Kosaku concludes. "Now, maybe you would be as kind as to give me a little tour? And while at it, we can discuss the problem more thoroughly?" That really doesn't sound as a suggestion.
