"Yes, my senseis insisted that I should challenge the temple, saying that as I carried the personal blessing of Osano-Wo he would surely side with me and I would easily be able to defeat his monks... I was 10 at the time. The monks were more than happy to accept my challenge. I spent a whole hour being thrown around the grounds outside the temple with my senseis laughing at me the whole time. Blessing of Osano-Wo or not, a 10 year old with next to no jiujitsu training can not match an entire temple. After I collapsed from exhaustion the monks left and my senseis took me back to the ship. Despite the impossibility of the task they put before me they still punished my failure by making me scrub the decks of the entire ship. "

Ichiko seemed dishearted, it was clear she wasn't comfortable with the situation...

Kanouseis smile disapears as sadness and guilt over take him. He bows low to Ichiko.

"Ah, forgive me Isawa-sama, I didn't mean to bring up such a sad memory, i'm very sorry."

Kanousei looks very sad and sorry about what he's done and seems like he would do anything to make the situation better.
